Platform role

Space & Co provides software and coordination tools. Unless a service explicitly says otherwise, information on this site is not legal, tax, financial, appraisal, brokerage, or property-management advice and does not guarantee availability, pricing, outcomes, or investment returns.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect your account, use only information and documents you are authorized to submit, and comply with applicable laws and community rules. You may not probe, disrupt, scrape, impersonate others, or use the platform to discriminate.

Listings and third-party services

Listings, availability, vendor information, links, and third-party services may change. Verify material facts with the responsible provider before acting.

Shared ownership

CoOwn coordination does not create a partnership, ownership interest, fiduciary relationship, or legal entity. Participants should obtain independent legal, tax, lending, and insurance advice before committing funds or acquiring property.

Accounts and content

We may suspend access needed to protect users or the platform. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it for the service you requested.
